This was my first time staying here. I was with my granddaughter, who thoroughly enjoyed the resort. The in-door water park was a real plus. However, bring your own towels. Theirs are small and thin. It takes 2-4 to dry off. I wish they made of of the hot tubs "adult only." The kids fun spot was lots of fun, as well as the mini-golf.

The people working the desk and cleaning were great. The KIDS working the water park could care less and they have a marker for kids that are 42" to ride the bigger slides that are just regular slides, but to insure that no way a small child can do it so the responsibility of the kids working there is reduced by the fact no way is a child young over 42", they got 42" markers raised to 44". They had us on the very back of the lot and kids ran up and down the halls with very thin walls, people were not the best company to keep stayed there and were smoking weed outside their doors. Get in touch with me before you stay here... I don't leave reviews unless it blows me away or.. this!!!

Our stay was nothing but Good! Everything was clean ,and housekeeping was very attentive to our needs! I would just bring your own face towels . THE KIDS ENJOYED THE INDOOR POOL!

Rooms were clean. Bed comfortable. the drawers on the dresser would slide open and not stay shut. Had an issue with the tv but was fixed right away. Negative was trash around the property but the guests should clean up after themselves before it gets to that point. Grandson only wanted to ride the slides and did a few times before a worker told him he wasnt tall enough but they also didnt measure him. Broke his heart. He was sliding with his mom and dad. I brought his dad when he was young and glad the place is still open and has so much to do.

Overall it was really good. And we picked this for the kiddos and they enjoyed the waterpark. The lifeguards at the wave pool were very strict and a little mean. It was very noisy outside our room. And ultimately that was the worse part. Restaurants on grounds were great.

We loved our visit there even tho it was dyring a snow storm it didnt affect us much we figured we be stuck in our room and eating at buffet only but we didnt care it was fun and we got the pool room to our selfs

1st room - there were shards of glass on the bathroom floor, got relocated. 2nd room - killed a bug on the bed. Got relocated. Was told the next day it was not a bedbug although that's exactly what it looked like. 3rd room - had to literally slam the door in order for it to stay closed. All 3 rooms had no seal around the door. I could literally see outside through the cracks. The pool was super cold and one of the pool workers was absolutely ridiculous blowing her whistle because my 6 year old, who can swim, wasn't within arms length AT ALL TIMES (even while the waves weren't going). Had to close one of the hot tubs due to my grandson and another kid constantly coughing, my grandson even vomited outside the hot tub. We were told the PH balances were off and it will remain closed for the rest of the night. Had to move to the other hot tub which wasn't hot at all. The arcade is a whole other story. You could tell the kids working there did not want to be there and seemed bothered to be interrupted by anything. Even shut down the bumper cars due to "not enough people working" the entirety of our stay which was thurs to sun. We won't be back.

The place is great for families with small children. I was warned that people are very noisy, and they are during the night. Don’t expect to have a good night of sleep. Also, the main door of my room had no seal, allowing the cold and noise to come into my room.
