Everything about this hotel is exceptional! The design , the staff , the staff, the rooms and the location! The room was exceptionally clean! The staff upgraded our room, and everything was great. Except the bathroom had a smell in it. And the bath shower wasn’t a great design choice as the water comes out and the bathroom floods.
The staff are all friendly and respond to requests immediately with smiles on their faces. The staff really made this stay great!
The hotel is new so everything is still pristine. Towels and bedding were all cleaned and we liked the use of the water machine in the room eliminating plastic use .
