Right Across from the Bus Terminal and Comfortable

I chose it mainly because it is just across the street from the Long Distance Bus Terminal, There are many other hotels/guesthouses around the Station but this one seemed to be the best (and only high-rise). The price was decent and I could just walk across the street, finding things to eat in the bus station (a lot of choice). The room is relatively spacious and comfortable. The only problem is that it is not near any tourist attractions of Foz (not walking distance). However, since the bus station is just across the street, you can also find local buses to reach many places (including Iguazu Falls). There are also a few bars and restaurants right outside the Station and walkable from this Hotel.

Quartos voltado para a rua e em andares baixos sofrem um pouco com o baruho apesar do bom trabalho de vedação das janelas. O hotel fica do lado da rodoviária então é uma localizção menos privilegiada que no centro.

O quarto possui cama, travesseiros e edredom ótimos. Banheiro bem espaçoso e limpo. Porém, tive dor de cabeça ao usar o ar-condicionado, quando usava por muito tempo, principalmente a noite, ele desligava sozinho, dando o código no visor E3. Para normalizar era preciso tirar o cartão magnético que energiza o quarto para ligar tudo novamente. Café da manhã agradável. Atendimento excelente.

Falta de privacidade e barulho

Fui colocada em um quarto que dava acesso a outro quarto por meio de uma porta interna. Logo na chegada, questionei o funcionário porque não me sentia confortável. A resposta foi que eu poderia ficar tranquila, pois não havia hóspedes no quarto ao lado. No entanto, no dia seguinte acordei assustada com vozes no quarto vizinho e percebi que havia, sim, hóspedes. Isso tirou completamente minha privacidade e liberdade, já que a separação era apenas por uma porta simples, e era possível escutar tudo. Reclamei novamente na recepção, mas nada foi feito para resolver a situação. Foi uma experiência muito desagradável, e acredito que o hotel deveria ter mais cuidado com esse tipo de situação, oferecendo soluções imediatas para garantir o conforto e a privacidade dos hóspedes.
