Unmaintained, dirt hallways

The hallways were dirty, massive stained floors. There was some chocolate balls in the hallway which were there on the day I checked in, 3 days later it it was still there, and the cleaners had put their cleaning bags right next to it.

Great staff, very friendly and helpful. Great location, very convenient for many things. The rooms are very small, like college dorm rooms. The beds are very hard and hard on the back. I’d rather sleep on the floor. The pillows are equally as hard. The bathroom, especially the shower is bite sized. Literally half a shower.

Had a great stay here. It’s in a great location for getting around Tokyo - also lots of food and bar options in the area. The staff were amazing. Really helpful and friendly. Added plus is they organise a courier service for your luggage if you’re travelling around. It has to be said that the rooms are pretty small but we didn’t mind as we were out a lot and there is space under the bed to put suitcases.
