Excellent hotel and wonderful staff. My stuff was great and I fell sick and the staff took such great care of me with doctors, medications and checking on me as well as sending some get well fruits. I would 100% stay here on my next trip to Mumbai. Also facilities like gym and sauna and pool are very nice.

Checked in with Afreen who was nice but the check in took too long. The lobby looks very nice. Specifically the coffeshop downstairs our room was dark in colors. The room layout is weird and wasting space the same with bathroom.

Thanks to the team for excellent weekend and enjoyed Spa treatment. Hotel is best for art lovers to NMACC or shoppers to Jio World. Dinning options within hotel or around BKC area are ample. Highly Recommended for people coming to Mumbai for long weekends.

Stayed in this hotel for one night for my US Visa OFC. The stay was good. Hotel’s ambience was so nice. US Embassy is very close and walkable distance. Staff was very welcoming. Rooms are very clean, nice hot water shower. Restaurants are good in this hotel.

Great hotel! Robert and the entire staff were incredibly helpful and attentive from the moment I arrived until check-out. The location is convenient, the room was spotless and comfortable, and the breakfast was absolutely delicious.
