Front desk is good; housekeeping is disappointing

Check in experience is good as the staff is very responsible and speaks good English. The service is also flexible in providing early check in and late check out. Sea view room is very cool too. Housekeeping really brings the overall stay experience very mediocre, because: 1. the dishes and water glasses were not cleaned everyday. We stayed there 4 nites and have accumulated several dishes and glasses at the sink. 2. bed sheets were not made properly. 1st half is out of the mat daily. 3. the blankets were folded and put on top of our clothes on the couch. 4. Garbage bin not clear fully everyday. Plastic bottles were not cleared.

The appartments are clean, spacious rooms with a kitchenette and balcony. The space is modern, wifi is easy to connect to. It is within walking distance of two stores selling basic groceries, multiple restaurants and right on the beach. It isn't the glossiest of beaches in Ibiza but an easy one if you want a quick swim. Staff are very friendly and welcoming. Their service is great. The hotel has extras like hire for beach umbrellas and a courtesy shower room for after checkout. The pool is small, but there are more than enough loungers for everyone. It has a chill vibe, not crazy Ibiza party which is great.

Amazing stay with best friend

Staff really kind and helpful. The room was so comfortable and spacious, so clean as well. Close to lots of little shops but would need to go further for a larger supermarket. Being so close to the ocean was lovely as well x

We got lucky!

We got lucky there was a cancellation and during peak season we stayed two nights. Staff was wildly kind and helpful. Perfect English. The views and location you can’t beat and the breakfast was wow wow wow. The two of us said we will never find better than this experience. We would come back just for this hotel! IF I had to have one complaint it’s just that our bathroom door was warped and couldn’t close. That’s all.
