Entry and room key process was fine There were signs of water leaks in room 4 and crumbling plaster near the window - so needs a bit of a tidy up Slept well and shower was good so the points wouldn’t stop me returning 30m walk to the Royal Albert Hall which was good

Clean & good size room. Comfy bed. Took a couple of attempts to use the check in machine, had difficulty scanning my id. Room was easy to find once checked in. Lots of emails received prior to check in with various bits of information, would've been a lot better (& saved a lot of time finding the email with the door code) if only one email sent with all information needed. Great location, close to tube station. Would definitely stay here again.

Room was poor. Tv has no remote control so couldnt use. Bathroom comically small. How they have signed that off I never know. There would be no way I could have fit on the toilet and just about fit in the shower. Im 6f, 13 stone so not a man mountain. Everything a bit grimy. They get a generous 2 stars because the check in guy on the phone was extremely helpful.

The room was smaller than the pictures depicted, which isn't entirely surprising, but still disappointing. That said, pn one of the evenings, water starting dripping on the ceiling of my ground floor room and leaking out of one of the ceiling lights. I called the support line, was told someone would come and take a look at it. No one showed up. I was then booked to a different hotel in another part of London for the remainder of my stay, but was also adviced against this by the person on the phone, and instead swap between two rooms for the remaining two nights. I went to the other hotel of course. Can't recommend this hotel.

L'emplacement était parfait. Situé à proximité de la grande avenue célèbre d'Oxford street, à 4 min au pied de la station de métro Marble Arch. Il s'agit d'un petit hôtel, chambre petite mais très propre.

The bed was not near a size of a doubled bed. The front door didn’t close and therefore was not locked. It was very noisy so you could hear everything, especially when cleaning staff went in and out of doors and they slammed them. So sorry, but it was not the best place.

Automatic check in - ok but the screen blanked out before we got the room number. No problem we tried (all?) 12 rooms and found ours. Clean, newly renovated beautiful bunker with no way to set the heating (a/c remote controlled?). Conveniently small bath where you can be on the potty, brush your teeth/wash hands and take a shower at the same time (small). The heating would have been a non issue if the number to call had been active (it was not). Central location, nice neighborhood. Warmly recommend to find another room nearby.
