Good stay. Good location. Broken window in bathroom. Loud street noise and just noisy generally.

The receptionist was exceptionally nice and check-in was seamless. It’s great for families that want a place to stay for a few nights. It’s central, they kept our luggage until our train was ready. I’d definitely recommend.

rooms are dirty and stuff looks that we are talking in a different language, I do speak spanish and the play dummy game. Unfortunately is the norm due the touristic attraction and no other choices in the area, they already know the tourist are coming and they dont have another option to stay )all the hotels)

The interior of the hotel is very nice and our room was beautiful. The breakfast staff and front desk staff were awesome. The room was very cold and there are heaters but they just seem to barely warm the room. The desk staff provided an additional plug-in heater.

The stay was not pleasant. The room had a foul odour the entire time, you can hear every single noise and the toilets take forever to refill to flush. The breakfast was ok.

Internet was a bit spotty at times, but good enough to stream videos. Staff was accommodating, friendly, and respectful,l. The breakfast was great. The rooms were clean. The restaurant in front can get noisy at night after people start drinking. Ear plugs recommended for light sleepers. The blackout drapes are nice, and hot water runs without any issues. Very convenient location. Everything is nearby and you can skip all the stores if you walk on the outside street next to the hotel.

Our trip to Machu Picchu brought us to this property. We wanted to reach a day early to rest up for an early morning appointment. We had a child who wasn't feeling great. The staff went above and beyond to help us feel comfortable. They also stored our luggage even after we checked out, so we could visit Machu Picchu without having to carry them all the way. Great place.
