The room was very clean. However we could not get the TV to work so after several trips to the front desk we were given another room. As I said the rooms were clean but the matress was way to soft and not at all firm. Also in the morning after a quick swim I stopped by the front desk to ask if it was ok if we went pass checkout by 15 minutes or a half hour at most - checkout was 10 AM. I was told "make it 15 minutes, not a half hour". Now I could see if it was in season during the summer and the hotel was sold out, but it wasn't and probably half or more of the rooms were empty. I thought the staff could have been a little more courteous and accommodating in this regard and told us to take our time so we didn't feel rushed.

I had high hopes when I booked 2 rooms for a family of 6, and unfortunately it was a huge let down. At check in the girl was abrupt and rude not welcoming at all, handed me 3 keys with 0 explanations, 1 of the keys only had the number 2 that was actually legible (not her fault it's worn off but she didn't express what room it belonged to) and when I asked she looked at me like I was stupid and said they were both for the same room. I asked if the pool was open and what time it closed and was met with an abrupt 10pm same for the front... So I planned our day around ending with a swim only to find out if closed at 9pm. 2 very upset children later, we get into the room, and I pull back the covers to get into bed, the bedding is damp. Still rolling with the punches and trying to calm the kids I throw on the TV to find out the wifi is not connecting and tv isn't an option. I am not impressed. Day 2 got to experience the pool, it was great. 8ft deep in the deep end and nicely warmed. Hot tub was wonderful too. Check out was fast and inaudible reiterating the lack of customer service.

This was my 4th time and I will continue staying here anytime I vacation in Hyannis. Staff is helpful with easy checkin and checkout. It’s clean, comfortable, and a very short walk to main st. which is so convenient. I really enjoy spending time in the indoor hot tub and pool

Just fine.

This is a motel but it is perfectly clean as any hotel. Each room has a little kitchenette. It is not fancy but good. Plenty of everything you need in the room. I was pleasantly surprised. If u r looking for clean and comfortable at a reasonable price, this place was just fine.

Amazingly great hospitality

Our flight was delayed i called and spoke with Tina. She was amazing, said not to worry the keys will be in a lockbox. Room was ready nd clean when we arrived at 2am
