The apartment is what I wanted because I prefer privacy. No elevator sounds, no ice buckets being filled late at night!! The room was well stocked with anything a person would need. The host was very polite and accommodating to my needs! Overall, I would certainly recommend the apartment to anyone in need of a place to stay in beautiful Laguna Niguel!!

We don't know. Property was double booked and others were already staying at the unit. We were able to go inside and we probably wouldn't be able to stay there anyway due to the moldy mildewy smells. Seemed like a nice quiet neighborhood retreat though.
