Lovely hotel! Walking distance to many nice places in Venice, especially the square! Friendly staff and love the hotel vibe. We are also very glad that they have a lift so we don't struggle with our luggage. 😅 Bonus - spacious room! Highly recommended.

Nice, quiet hotel a few minutes walk from just about anywhere. 4 minute walk to the nearest vaporetto station that can take you anywhere. Corner room was nice. Shower was great. Temp control in the room was iffy but the windows opened into a courtyard. No restaurant on site but tons of options just a short walk away. .

My room was freezing because the management decided not to pay for heat despite the weather being cold and rainy outside (this is what they told us). The hotel staff wasn't as accommodating and friendly as they should have been. I wouldn't recommend this hotel.

Great location, walkable to almost all of the main spots in Venice. No restaurant or bar. The main lobby had a very bed smell when we arrived and the staff was minimal. Room was nice and fairly spacious. Nearby restaurants were very good.

The property was great but the check in was terrible. When I arrived this Asian guy was standing outside the door of the hotel. He saw me and promptly went inside the hotel. I opened the door with my luggage (with no help from him) and he walks to the desk, to which I looked at him and was like, is this where I check in? And he just nods. No hi, hello. No welcome or any type of greetings. He proceeds to get my passport and information. And then shows me to my room. Gives me the keys and as he was ready to leave, I literally asked him— uh, can you give me a spiel of the property? Breakfast? Time the front door locks etc? No sense of customer service or friendliness or hospitality whatsoever. I found it so odd. Staffer definitely needs to learn a thing or 2 about having better customer service skills. It was a disappointing start for sure. Other than that, location and property was good.

The location of the hotel was excellent, easy access to all the major sites, good restaurants in the area but also very quiet at night. The staff were helpful when need. The room was spacious, the bed comfortable and the bathroom was great. We enjoyed our 4 days here.

Mooi kleinschalig hotel met grote comfortabele kamers gelegen in het centum van Venetië. Decoratie sober en modern, niet oudbollig. Alles binnen wandelafstand gelegen en desondanks zijn centrale ligging hadden we geen problemen met straatlawaai.

This hotel was honestly perfect for a quick trip to Venice in August. The location was extremely convenient to all of the big attractions and to multiple water taxi lines - we walked everywhere. The rooms are spacious, clean, modern, and air conditioned with the biggest bathrooms I have seen in Italy. Despite being close to so many popular spots, the hotel itself is on a quiet street. The hotel staff were incredibly kind and helpful. Would absolutely stay here again.

Overall great location. Staff was super friendly and helpful. Check-in was easy. Room was squeaky clean. Only minor negative was having to carry a giant room key around town, nowhere to put shower items and no breakfast or coffee options. But overall great stay.
