Great views, great service.

The cutest spot! Quaint and retro with SPECTCULAR views on the far side of the building. Truly loved Katie’s service and was even surprised by the sweet little continental breakfast with coffee and team they provided the morning we checked out.

Great, quiet, peaceful getaway.

What a wonderful boutique hotel. If you don’t want to stay in an overpriced Airbnb, but you also don’t like corporate hotels, check out a hotel like the Perch. The owners have done a great job decorating the place with a mid-century cool vibe. The wraparound deck is an amazing place to drink your coffee and read your book. The morning coffee and light breakfast is perfect.

Arrived at 3, room wasn’t ready till almost 4 Room was nice but bed was hard. Also no hairdryer. I was told that would need to be requested. I travel often and have always had a hairdryer in the room. Staff was friendly and pleasant. I would stay again

This place is gorgeous. It’s a mid century hotel with rustic touches. Very inviting, very relaxing. Takes you back to calmer easier times. Huge great room with lots of windows, a fireplace and a bar. Large deck has rocking chairs, a fire pit and quite the view, it overlooks 5 states. The new owner was on site and he’s proud of what he has there as he should be, I’ve been all over this country and never been to such a relaxing place. He plans to open a restaurant soon within the hotel. The bedrooms have been complete renovated. Brand new everything. Bed is very comfortable and the linens are high end. If you need anything the staff has got you covered. Make sure to book a room with a view of the valley to see the beautiful sunrise, however if those are booked you will still have an amazing view from the great room. They served coffee fruit and tea bread in the great room for breakfast. It’s the little touches that really matter We will definitely be back! This place is a MUST stay!!

Everything you could want!

Our stay at The Perch Hotel was just what we needed as a getaway from Manhattan. The main areas and rooms have so much charm, the area is super quiet, and has amazing views. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. As a hotel under new ownership, I think they will continue to improve the spaces.

Lovely spot in the Catskills!

I was only here for 1 night but it was a lovely experience. The staff is very nice and answered all my curious questions, the VIEW is one of the best you’ll find in the Catskills. The air purifier and sound machine in the room was a very nice touch! Things I have at home so nice to have at a spot away!

A Hidden Gem with Million-Dollar Views! We had such a magical stay at The Perch Hotel in East Windham! The view alone is worth the trip — on a clear day, you can see FIVE states from the property. Yes, five! It’s absolutely breathtaking and made for the perfect backdrop to relax and soak in the Catskills air. The vibe of the hotel is something special — a perfect blend of modern comfort and mid-century charm that instantly transported me back to the golden era of Catskill tourism. It’s stylish without being stuffy, and every corner feels thoughtfully designed. The staff? Absolutely lovely. So friendly, helpful, and genuinely warm — they made us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. We even had the chance to meet the owner, and were blown away by their vision for the place. They’re working on turning The Perch into a year-round resort, complete with a spa and pool! And it’s just 6 minutes to Windham Mountain for skiing and only 30 minutes to Hunter Mountain, so the location couldn’t be better. Honestly, this would be the perfect spot for a wedding, family celebration, or a private group getaway. I’m already dreaming about coming back — and next time, I’m bringing friends!
