First of all, no one greeted us at the front desk. We had to use the phone to call someone and no one came to make our room key. They said someone would be back in 10 minutes, which was just odd. The room itself looks newly updated, but the bathroom is old and cracking in several places. Some towels were bright white while others looked dingy and dirty. The beds are hard, the pillows are nothing special, and one pillowcase even had black spots on it.

No one at desk when we checked in , had to check in over the phone .. when we got to our room the tv was not working , no one At desk to tell , had to call check in number , was told it be fixed next day , next morning when we cam back to our room in the afternoon it still wasn’t working had to call again as no one at front desk .. did finally get it working … kinda disappointing no breakfast either just coffee from a keureg machine

Room and hotel looked nothing like the photos online. Room was somewhat clean. Not spotless but definitely could've been a lot worse. It is a contactless check in do you check in via a phone and lockbox with everyone's keys inside.

Our first impression is that it was pretty desolate. We went in and there was no one at the desk, but there was a sign to pick up the phone and to speak to concierge. We did so and they were very nice and extremely helpful. The hotel was cleaned. The rooms were clean. It was quiet and we slept well.. The ice machine did not work. And we still didn’t see anyone at the front desk later. But, everything went well.

The front desk staff was friendly. The parking was easy and free and safe. This is a basic no frills Hotel. No coffee maker in the room. No breakfast served. No pool or hot tub. We stayed three nights and room service did not come in and freshen towels or sheets. It would have been nice to have things freshened up and trash taken once a day. It would also be nice if they supplied a coffee maker in each room.

The room had a dirty cup on the floor, hair in the bathroom, and the pictures online of the rooms looked absolutely nothing like the actual room. 1000% not worth the money.

The room was small. Carpet was not cleaned. The lobby needs much attention, one coffee table and four chairs set in a tiny nook. Coffee was awful. Stated there was a free breakfast. We did not see any such thing. The front of the building was nothing like pictured. It looked very dumpy. Wires hanging and overall not well taken care of. Grossly overpriced.

The contactless check in process was impersonal. Don't get me wrong, the person on the phone was pleasant and helpful. It just didn't give me a warm, "welcome to our motel" feeling. The room was clean and after a day of driving, that was a welcome sight.
