Awesome breakfast, VERY friendly front desk staff, VERY safe and an amazing location! Ive stayed here several times as well as other hotels on the island and this is by far my favorite place to stay!

Bien ubicado pero mucho ruido al rededor

El hotel está bien ubicado pero cerca de bares por lo que se oye la música muy fuerte en la habitación como entre 11 y 12 de la noche se deja de escuchar la música, cuenta con desayuno incluido es sencillo y el estacionamiento limitado

This is the second time we have stayed at this property. Staff were all the same as the year before. Hotel is well-maintained. Breakfast, which is included, is lovely and fresh, and served to order. Rooftop pool is fabulous to have, with a great view. And it is easy to get wherever you want to get.

It was very clean. The staff were very nice and I liked you just paid and they didn’t ask for credit card for deposit or anything. It is walkable. We got right off the ferry and walked around the corner and the hotel was right there and easy to find. The hotel was very clean also and it was super close to a lot of areas; drinks and food. They had almost a full sized fridge with freezer in the room with a filtered water dispenser which I thought was cool and convenient. The only downside is the hotel is next to a club so if you’re not used to sleeping through noise it may not be for you. Also, there’s no microwave in the room; it’s in the lobby if you need to reheat something. Also, the shower is like level with the floor so the floor got very wet but it wasn’t the end of the world. Lastly, the elevator is very tiny and it’s not a super high tech hotel. Was very basic but had everything we needed and simplicity can go a long way. Overall it was a very easy hotel to get to, very clean, and had free breakfast. Will definitely stay here again if in the area.

Amazing Stay

Hotel Plaza Cozumel is like a home away from home! Great rooftop pool with lots of recliners, free breakfast that has a great selection of fruit, bread/buns, and omelets, French toast or Hot cakes. Beds are comfortable and the staff are amazing, Hiberto, Estrela, Mariano are very helpful. Try getting a room not facing the Main Street as they is a bar across the street from the hotel that is open until 5AM fairy frequently.

Great location

Location is great and very close to some awesome restaurants! Staff is very accommodating and helpful.This trip the room/bath wasn't as nice as the other room we stayed in. Noise from the outdoor area is loud and goes on til early morning areas. Ocean side is better but can still hear the MUSIC! The breakfast is awesome!
