A great place to stay in Turgurtreis

Great hotel in a perfect location and staff is very helpful. The hotel looks new, rooms were modern and clean. I highly recommend to stay here as it will be hard to find a similar quality hotel in this price range. The marina, the beach, supermarkets are just steps away. I definitely plan to return.

The staff was very welcoming and helpful. The location of the hotel is very convenient for sailors who need to access the marina. The room was quiet and comfortable. The sheets and towels could be better cleaned, I saw some stains on towels and the pillow covers didn’t seem ironed.

Otelin yeri guzel. Etrafta hersey var. Ama asagisindaki restoranda gece 1 e kadar canli muzik vardi. Odalar normal temiz duruyordu. Kahvaltisi gercekten az ve guzel degil yani. Hic bodrumda marinanin karsisindaki bir otele yakismiyor.

Otel temizliği ile ilgili ekstra bir problem yoktu, normal kabul edilebilir, aynı şekilde personel tavrı da iyiydi ancak otel fiziki şartları( odaların küçük olması, odada buzdolabı olmaması, tek göz pencere vs) yetersizdi.

Weekend Stay In Turgutries

Very friendly service, front desk was particularly nice. Rooms are small but they were very clean and modern. Worth flagging that there was no sheet on the bed, it was in the details of the booking but I have to say I thought it was a mis-translation, it's not. Other than that it is a very nice hotel in a great location

The receptionist was not wearing a mask. When asked, he said it was his personal choice. This is all despite the COVID-19 regulations. How would you,then, trust if the rooms were properly disinfected? How is it possible to confront a customer with such a behavior and hoping to do business in these critical times? I would never pick this hotel again

Havluları çok güzeldi duştan sonra tekrar duş alıp kurulanasım geldi, utanmasam isticektim o derece, konumu çok güzel bana göre tek eksik diye bileceğim konular, birincisi mini bar neredeyse boştu, ikincisi kahvaltı saati 07:30/ ile 10:00 arası olması, tatil için gelenler o saatte kalkması biraz sorun olabilir sonuçta dinlenmek uyumak için geliyorlar o süreyi biraz daha genişletirseniz daha memnun olur herkes, yine de hizmet için teşekkür ederim. Tekrar geleceğin bir otel.

Avoid this hotel

First impression is not good. Untidy enterance with long grass and junk in the yard. Rooms are no better. Rusty fittings. Supply your own toiletries. Booked for four days. Room not cleaned once, sheets and towels never changed. What a mistake. The free breakfast was very poor and the coffee was instant. DO YOURSELF A FAVOUR....STAY ANYWHERE ELSE.
