The location is amazing. I was travelling on my own and wanted a place to stay where I was familiar with. I chose a single room with no window which was perfect. The room had everything I needed, the staff were very helpful and friendly. I dropped my luggage off early and when I arrived to check in they had already put it in the room for me. I will definately be staying there again.

Nice staff, I opted for breakfast outside. Generally clean everywhere I saw. Bad sound isolation though, the crack under the room's door let in a bit too much noise from the hallway at morning hours. Then again, get up and do stuff with your day, shouldn't you? It was in my favor to not sleep in. The room didn't feel too much like a capsule despite its size and windowlessness provided complete darkess, which helped with sleeping. The location is excellent, both in terms of connections and Covent Garden generally being a lovely area.

We did not receive the room I had originally booked for. I booked a room with a Queen bed plus an extra bed. I got a queen bedroom. It was so small, no storage no where to sit basic with a sectioned of corner turned into a shower room plus toilet, no privacy while in the shower room. Breakfast served by the reception was ok, no other amenities. The photo's for the room's was very misleading as it made it look more roomy than it is.

Good location , very small room, no windows , no wardrobe , no space , ok value at £95, for a short stay , couldn’t be in the room longer than a night , on basis we were out exploring all day , a penny more and we’d have been very disappointed , but it was ok ish at that price based on the location rather than the hotel itself ..
