There was no running hot water in our unit. Minimal support from staff. Lack of English to assist with checking in. You have to call a number to get the passcode. No one is physically available for the Pension side of business (there is a hotel with the same name next to the Pension) until dealing via phone call is not sufficient. Will not be visiting this property again.
