The Galaxy Pyramid Hotel was a wonderful hotel to stay. Our room was exceptionally clean and comfortable, the bed was huge and we had a great view of the pyramids! The hotel staff - Abdo, Saif, Mohammed/Ghandi, and our taxi driver Hassan were all amazing and Nothing was too much trouble. We unfortunately had a suitcase issue when we got to Cairo, but all the staff could not do enough to help. Abdo even helped us when we returned back into Cairo a few days later. A Superstar!! ⭐️ Thankyou for your excellent service. We will recommend this lovely hotel and hope to return again.

By far the best customer service I’ve ever experienced! Saif and Ghandy went above and beyond to make sure every part of my stay was perfect. They helped me book tours, dinners, transportation, and were always available whenever I needed anything. The hotel is incredibly clean, peaceful, and has one of the most amazing views of the Pyramids. Their hospitality truly made my trip unforgettable. I highly recommend staying here, and I’ll definitely be coming back. Thank you, Saif and Ghandy, for making my experience so special!

No red flags here, all superb, helpful and trustworthy. Saif and the crew accomodated us late night and early morning with excellent service. Very friendly and great in communication and efficiency. The room was luxurious with a great view of the Pyramids. Bring earplugs if you have a hard time sleeping. The city around is lively, which we liked.

The hotel was very clean, Mr Adam was very welcoming and friendly. Our personal assistant, Abdo was essential to setting up our driver and our guides. Mr. Hassan was an excellent driver, Mohammed did a great job on our tours. During our stay it was my birthday, Abdo went out of his way to surprise me with a cake and candles. It was a great trip!

Room was clean and modern although the pictures online did not match the room we were given. Staff excellent. Breakfast brought in but had a lot of different items to eat. Nightime - our first night it was so noisy all night long. Second night was much quieter but you could still hear traffic noise. Not for a long time duration.

Our stay at Galaxy Pyramids was truly outstanding. From the moment we arrived, the service went above and beyond anything we expected. The hotel itself is comfortable, welcoming, and perfectly located — and the rooms are impressively clean, modern, and thoughtfully maintained, which made our stay even more relaxing. What truly set this experience apart was the incredible staff. Adam and Saif were phenomenal throughout our entire visit. They anticipated every need, handled every detail with care, and made us feel completely looked after. They arranged seamless airport transfers, organized fantastic tours, and were always available with helpful suggestions and genuine hospitality. Their professionalism and kindness elevated our trip in every way. If you’re visiting the area and want a stress‑free, memorable experience with people who truly care about their guests, Galaxy Pyramids is the place to stay. We couldn’t be more grateful for the wonderful service and would happily return.
