Everyone who works here is very friendly, and the food is good enough to order room service multiple times (certain dishes are better than others, and the bar is very basic in what they can produce... which i would have thought would be much better). The rooms don't have blackout curtains that work well, and are quite small/compact, which makes it tight and harder for couples. The hotel is also located on a very busy main road, and in the center of the downtown market scene, and so there is noise to some degree at all times. Guests looking for a spacious or quiet room should check other hotel options, but if you are traveling alone and are an early bird who wants to be out and about downtown in the heart of all the market activity, then this is a good hotel option that is very safe, clean, and modern.

Excelente estancia en Hotel Alo Degollado Mi mamá y yo nos hospedamos en el Hotel Alo Degollado durante el fin de semana del 24 de octubre y quedamos muy satisfechas con nuestra experiencia. Desde el momento de nuestra llegada, el personal fue sumamente amable y servicial. Las instalaciones son cómodas y limpias, y el restaurante ofrece platillos deliciosos que superaron nuestras expectativas. Tuvimos un inconveniente con el ruido en la primera habitación, pero el personal lo resolvió de manera rápida y eficiente, trasladándonos sin costo adicional a una habitación más amplia. Este detalle reflejó el excelente servicio y atención al cliente del hotel. En general, fue una estancia muy agradable. Recomiendo ampliamente el Hotel Alo Degollado y sin duda volvería a hospedarme aquí en futuras visitas a Guadalajara.

This was a great choice of a Hotel during our stay in Guadalajara. It met all of our needs, it was super clean, very modern decor, most comfortable beds we stayed in, location was perfect down town but most of all the most courteous and very attentive professional staff. We will definitely book this Hotel again on our next stay. We love It!

Todos muy amables Y todo muy limpio. Si ay mucha construcción ahorita y si tuve muchos problemas para k mi Uber llegara al hotel. Igual si me mandaron las instrucciónes como llegar x WhatsApp pero nunca me fije.

This was the best stay i’ve had at a hotel by far, the staff was beyond friendly and extremely accommodating. The hotel is very cozy and extremely clean and the room service is amazing!!! The location is very convenient and has access to a 7/11 and an Oxxo right across the street and is really close to many popular landmarks in Guadalajara. If I were to go on vacation here again I’d definitely book this hotel over and over again.
There is a restaurant on the top floor with excellent food & service.
