PHENOMENAL! Nos encantó todo de este hotel. Es un pequeño oasis en medio de lo que se siente una gran ciudad. El mesero en los desayunos en la mañana y el equipo de limpieza son excelentes y muy amables. Bello cuarto y disfrutamos mucho la alberca. Gracias!

Un hotel muy muy limpio y bonito, el recibimiento fue estupendo por parte del recepcionista. Cuenta con dos albercas e incluye el desayuno el cual es a la carta y a elegir. Tienes tranquilidad y el centro de Tlaquepaque está a 800 mts.

Always love staying as we stay every year the only thing is that this time there was a pump noise going all night long which wasn't the best and the beds did not seem as comfortable as before. And of course Carlos the bartender is no longer there. All in all still happy but some changes appear to have been made

We didn't like the two property set up. I have dissability issues, and we were across the street from the main part of the hotel. It is an older place and there were too many steps etc for me. I would not reccomend this place for this main reason

We loved our stay!! The staff were so friendly and helpful. We loved the architecture and design of the hotel. It felt very authentic. They have plenty of parking in a closed garage so we knew our car was safe. The hotel is only a 10 min walk to the centro, or a short uber drive over. Highly recommend staying here!

I never write reviews unless I am blown away or feel like I owe others a warning. This is a really great hotel. Both my very comfortable standard room and the common areas are beautifully appointed with colorful tiled and stucco'd floors and walls, tasteful artwork, terraces, and elegant furnishings. I was sick and couldn't take advantage, but the breakfast menu and what I enviously spied people eating, looked great. The staff were cordial, kind, and went out of their way to help. Highly recommended.

This property gives you an authentic old Mexican feel with modern amenities. The staff are very professional and friendly. Our exterior room doors could be more secure. We could not lock the deadbolt from the outside.

Love staying here. Staff is great, hotel has a lot of charm and the breakfasts are amazing. Louis the bartender is excellent at his craft, and Salvador in the restaurant treated us like family. Overall my favorite hotel of the many I have stayed at!
