We stayed here for a short visit during our final days in Seoul and the hotel really impressed us. The bed was large and super comfortable. There were only two pillows but they were very comfortable. The room had great lighting controls, big windows that opened for fresh air and an incredibly large TV. Netflix was not available but YouTube and other services worked fine.
The bathroom was very nice with a strong rainfall shower, a big mirror and plenty of space. The location was excellent, close to Myeongdong and near subways, buses and the airport limousine. Staff were very friendly and spoke great English. The room came with slippers, plenty of towels, a safe, a mini fridge, a hair dryer and more. The hotel itself was beautifully decorated and modern. There was also a gym, restaurant, laundry room, shared kitchen and parking, although we did not use them. Lots of shops and convenience stores are nearby.
For negatives the air conditioning was poor and the room became very hot, plus the unit made a rattling noise that disturbed sleep. The lift broke as we were leaving which almost made us late for the airport bus. The hairdryer was also flimsy and kept cutting out.
Overall the hotel was modern, comfortable and in a great location, with a few issues that could be improved.
