From check in to check out, this was a wonderful stay! I booked two nights for a quiet, cozy retreat, and Bonneville Resort provided just that. Every staff member I encountered was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean with nice touches - a mini fridge, coffee maker, extra fuzzy blanket, and robes. I enjoyed the on-site amenities of putt putt, hiking trails, and the sauna is amazing! A hot mineral water soak at the spa was exactly what I needed to top off this relaxing get away.

The TV wouldn't work the maintenance guy couldn't get it working either, it was late so i just went to sleep. The lunch food was just ok. I guess the prime rib is pretty good but we didn't eat dinner there. Had to get a new battery for the smoke alarm.

Rooms are very spacious and beds very comfy, pillows are a bit too fluffy, but nice. The property is beautiful and the interior is fabulous, love the ambiance. The pool, jacuzzi, sauna, cold plunge all wonderful. The food choices are great

I’ve been to a lot of hot springs and having the private hot tub full of mineral water on the balcony of the room was lovely and essential to my good review. The building is massive with a sweet lobby and the price was right but I have a lot of suggestions and ideas for how this place could be greatly improved. The sheets were 100% polyester- 100% Cotton seems essential for a luxury feel. The indoor pool building feels and smells like a regular pool, I can’t handle chlorine. The one outdoor tub had so much white foam on top that I couldn’t bring myself to enter. Hot spring water doesn't usually foam. People were in the water but we went back to our room. The hiking trails nearby were a bonus with the awesome view of the gorge from Aldrich butte being a highlight. I think overall it’s a nice retreat option with room for many improvements. It also would have been nice to have celiac friendly food options but I think that’s asking for too much.

We started spending special days here 3 years before they closed. We recently discovered they re-opened and spent our 39 Anniversary in a King Bed room with the private hot tub, our favorite. It was better than we remembered. It was so clean and comfortable. The staff is very freindly and helpful. One of my favorite features is the hot tub is not overheated. Most places are set at 104F. Here it was 98F. You can actually sit and soak for a long time without feeling too hot. You can actually get some benefits from the minerals. Most places I have to turn the temperature down and wait for it to drop before I get in. Here its like the perfect bath that lasts as long as you want it too. My wife and I could not be happier that out special place is once again open to the public. We will return over and over again.

The restaurant hours and food is limited. There isn’t a ton around. We did get in late and just made it to order dinner, but they didn’t have a vegetarian main. It’s pretty expensive also, but what we had was exceptionally good. Drinks were good too. We ate in the bar which was nice. We got up too late for breakfast. You also need to book a spa treatment if you want to soak in the mineral water. Unfortunately, since the pool and hot tub are public, they have to chlorinate it. I think they said they do this once a week, but it did not seem overly chlorinated at all and the pool hot tub and sauna was wonderful. We really needed the time away and I look forward to going back. I will definitely book a mineral soak next I time I go.

Very nice staying for a relax trip. Hotel is a little bit outdated but very well maintained. The Outdoor hot spring is very nice and the indoor structure with Sauna, jacuzzi, large pool and kids pool is worth the visit. The hotel restaurant is a bit pricy and other dining options is 10 min driving. Overall is a good place for retreat, worthy to be back. 🙌

We went just for the pool and hot tub, and it did not disappoint. They did an amazing job building that area. The outdoor hot tub was not up and running yet. The only downside is the putt putt golf course was not kept up.
