Good hotel for the price!
This was a great hotel for the price. Only needed to rest and take a shower before my late night flight. The front desk was very helpful and even helped charged my cell phone! The room was clean and spacious. I would definitely stay here again.

Staff in the front desk is extremely unfriendly and rough. The rooms are not as in the pictures. Extremely small, in need of uggrading. The elevator was working intermittently. I heard many time people screaming trapped in the elevator asking for help. You feel all the time, they are looking for some additional chrges. I definitely would not stay in this place again.

Cleaning was very bad. İ changed my room twice, because first one was very dirty, and second was that window broken, wind was entering the room, room was cold. Location is safe. The staff was helpful

I came at 11am to check in, and left my luggage at the front desk until it was time for check-in. I showed up at 11:30pm and they told me that maintenance have to fix a leaking in the bathroom, and left the room uncleaned. They have the whole day to either 1. Clean the room, 2. Notify me about the situation, 3. Switch me to a new room. Instead they gave me the option of sending me to a new hotel that is not nearby or the latest which it was hanging and waiting in the lobby of the hotel while they cleaned the room. Truly disappointed and I can’t believe the poor and unprofessional end result.

Faltou energia e com isso ficamos sem TV, sem internet e sem água para escovar dentes.. sem tomar banho. No outro dia a água estava suja com ferrugem e não nos deram água nem para escovar dentes. O barulho do motor gerador é alto. Trocam toalhas todos os dias (poderiam trocar com mais tempo para economizar água) as lâmpadas são filamento. Elevadores pequenos. Colchões antigos. Toalhas puídas. Não tem cesta de lixo nos quartos nem locais com lixo separado.
