Great location - in between Octoberfest gardens and the Main town plaza. Rooms were small but clean and well appointed. New furnishings. The breakfast was great and the chill bar atmosphere.

We stayed in a king room with a terrace, the room was nicely appointed and a decent size. The buffet was a little expensive no real American breakfast choices. We enjoyed the bar and lounge area most evenings after visiting Oktoberfest. The location was perfect, centrally located to the train stop, bus stop and tram. It was also walking distance to Octoberfest.

Fun vibe in the lobby and bar. Checking in went smoothly. If you are staying here note there is no coffee in the room; only downstairs. There is also no lotion. But the room was comfy otherwise.

Really convenient for Munich hbf station and U Hahn line straight into the centre of Munich. Staff very welcoming and helpful and we li Ed the quirky lounge bar. Room a bit on the small size but perfect for 2 night stay.
