Brand new hotel in town. Very convenient location to the hbf and other public transport, could also walk to the old town. Everything was brand new, clean with modern design, fully equipped kitchen. Room was pretty spacious. Staff were super friendly. First time experiencing such contactless door unlocking function, may not be super ideal for elderly. The hotel offered free tea and coffee, some confectionery and stuff at the public area, allowing you to chill or refresh yourself. It was a few days into their opening , the staff were still modifying some parts of the building and there was a bit of the unpleasant smell in the public accessible parts but was fine inside the room. A point to note, the door to shower and toilet was glass and completely transparent, even when there was curtains between the living room & kitchen/ toilet & shower / bedroom, it was still a little embarrassed for my family when using the facility, had to inform everyone before using the toilet and shower and try not to pass by. Otherwise, pleasant stay in general.

Great location. Everywhere very clean and looking new. Room great size with all things you would expect in a good apartment. Big bathroom, great shower and lovely white towels. Room and location were both quiet at night.
Small niggles mean 4 not 5 stars. The bed was on some sort of rail and moved around every time you got in, sat on or tried to make it. No idea why it was there. The duvet on the double bed was very small, not even large enough to drape over the sides. Finally the bathroom had smoked glass circles on glass doors to give privacy but you could still see into it from certain positions in the room. Because the doors were glass it also meant there was no soundproofing between it and the bedroom. Definitely not ideal. However despite these issues we were overall very pleased with our stay and would stay again.

The staff were very helpful and the room was clean. The beds were not very comfortable unless you like a firm mattress. I appreciated that you could use your phone to open doors, but was a little uncomfortable how long it took for the outside door to close again. Very close to Munich Central train station.

Pros: clean room, good staff, good location, room was updated and functional, good sound proofing
Cons: no ventilation, no fans available for cooling, and they decided to caulk the baseboards while we were staying there which gave the room a strong chemical smell for the rest of our stay. It would have been nice if they had waited until we left to caulk. (We only stayed 4 days!)

Excellent location, right next to the main train station and many options for public transport. A short walk to the main square too. Due to the central location, it was a quite noisy at nighttime. Our room (cosy room) was comfortable enough for two nights. The laundry facilities were very convenient, but we could have done with a few extra essentials in the room, like water glasses and spare pillows.
