Excellent
Staying in this place was very comfortable. Nice place for both short and long term vacation. We got a penthouse for 5 day staying. 2 bedroom with 2 bathroom was great for couples or family. Although the location was about 15 minutes uphill from the Golden town but the view was totally worth it. We didn't have time to try all the facilities in the place recommended by the staff. Overall, this was a great place if you travel to Banff or Jasper.

Great view.
Easy check in. Parking is tricky in the area with a truck. Nice room with a great view. Was warm and we needed the fan and the patio open for a while.

The shower was not cleaned. Really gross. I wore my sandles. Kitchen looked clean, and the dinnerware looked dishwasher clean. Otherwise, not bad. I expected better for the location and price.

This is a beautiful ski resort facility at base of lifts. Lovely spacious well appointed condo unit with full kitchen. Great view. The only issue was elevator not working and our room was on 3rd floor. Staff assisted us with carrying luggage to our room and gave us free parking in garage to accommodate the inconvenience.

Found some hair on the bed when we got there, was a bit dirty feeling in the rooms, super hot unless you had the door open other wise not to bad. Good price point though. Not bad all and all just a few things we didn’t like.

Everything was wonderful except for the room temperature. I knew before arrival that there was no air conditioning but I didnt realize just how stuffy the room would be. Thankfully they did have a fan, and I also brought one of my own. I would suggest running the fan before guests arrive to try and help with the heat and they can turn it off if they don't think it necessary. Otherwise very beautiful and clean.

The staff were all very rude and not helpful. It seemed everything was broken (elevators, and steam room) or unavailable (non-decaf coffee, milk the simple little things). For the rate at which this resort charges we expected a lot more. When we asked the staff at the front desk they were rude. We tried to ask different staff members should it just be one person on a bad day, but it was all of them. Wouldn't recommend this place at all to stay at.

King size bed , very comfortable. Room was looking a bit worn out, arm chair was broken, screen door broken and electrical out let was not attached to receptiical . The elevator broke on the Friday and still not repaired when we checked out on Monday. The cleaning staff had used a very strong deodorant which would have proved very bad for someone with perfume allergies.

Tolle Unterkunft mit gut ausgestatteter kleiner Küche und großem Bad. Kleiner Balkon mit Sitzgelegenheit. Negativ: Zusätzlich zum Zimmerpreis kommt noch eine "Resortfee" von 9€ pro Tag, die Matratze ist durchgelegen und man rollt immer zur Mitte, die "Bettdecke" ist eine blanke Bettdecke zwischen 2 losen Bettlaken, wer denkt sich sowas aus, ein dünne Zwischentür zum Nachbarzimmer lässt alles mithören z.b. wenn nebenan Filme in voller Lautstärke geschaut werden hat man keine ruhige Sekunde

Staff were great and had a good sense of humour. They were very helpful on providing information about the area. They were sincere and willing to engage in conversation. Rooms a bit dated, but very clean. Will probably plan family vacation in the future at this location.
