The hotel had comfortable and new furnishings. We did have an issue connecting to wifi from our room so kids had no access to electronics. It was nice to have breakfast included but it wasn't always ready at opening and they didnt seem to restock options frequently. We were on 1st floor and heard arguments in the lobby 2 of 3 nights.the staff did try to be helpful when asked. Close to Yankee stadium which is why we were in town.

Never again
The ac did not work I called downstairs the man told me someone would come up to fix it the guy comes up to do exactly what I did and the ac still did not work.. mine u its 85 degree weather I told the guy at 4am I was leaving could not stay any longer he tells me call the manager @ 9am I call no answer

Useless customer service
We checked in at midnight after a 4 hour drive, traveling. We entered the room and it was hot. We turned the ac on assuming it just needed time to kick in. By the time we were all showered and ready for bed we had all sweat again and had to call the front desk. The front desk person came up and made a call and informed us that the ac in the unit was broken. We had to pack up all over and were placed in 2 separate rooms. When we where red the room it was cool so we thought it was ok (by this time it’s 2:30 and we are EXHAUSTED, with a 3 year old) woke up constantly throughout the night realizing that the ac had shut down and the room was a sauna at 89 degrees. Was extremely uncomfortable with zero sleep. Missed the free breakfast that was a feature we booked for and went down to tell the front desk person. His response was thy at we should have packed up again and moved rooms again! (Even though we were told the rooms they had put us in were the last rooms available). He then got super dismissive and said he wouldn’t do anything for us and said we should have left the room but since we stayed it’s our fault.
