I asked to change rooms. The first was not great at all and black silicon around base of bath. I moved to a new room, newly renovated. No heating controls, it was very hot. The worst part was the hairs in the bed and unwashed toilet bowl. Was not nice at all.

Needs updating

Unfortunately a very rundown hotel. I only stayed one night but room and bathroom very tired, as was the communal areas. Attached pub/restaurant was lively but meant a lot of noise in the room if you want peace and quiet. Very friendly staff though.

Staff lovely but tired hotel interior

Very tired interior. Room quite cold, I couldn't turn up the radiator and there was an additional wall heater that didn't work. Shower kept going cold and then very hot.
