The property and location in Rome exceeded expectations; however, the accommodation was incorrectly advertised stating there was a front desk from 8 am to 8 pm. This is no one at the property. The overall check in process took an additional 90 minutes. When at the property, texts were not returned and communication only achieved via phone call. There is no concern with staff not being at the property; however, that should have clearly stated instructions pertaining how to check in.

The host was very communicative the day of our arrival which made finding the hotel and checking in straightforward. Our room was ready early which made our day that much easier! The room was very clean and the setup was perfect for our family of three, with the most comfortable bedding, pillows and shower we had our entire trip. We would certainly stay here again!

Yes, breakfast was good, the helper very nice 😊. This place was closed de churches, other places to eat nearby, Uber was easy x pick up. Overall a very nice place to stay comfortably with the family.

Tolle, neue Unterkunft, die sehr zentral liegt. Schade war nur, dass direkt vor der Zimmertüre sehr früh morgens das Frühstück im Aufenthaltsraum stattgefunden hat, so dass man dadurch immer wach wurde

It was in a very busy area.. First impression the door to enter te property it was terrible, we almost did not enter. BUT, once we went in, the room was so pretty and clean that it was a pleaser to stay. Of course our reservation was for one night. The breakfast area was a delight. Again it proves......not to judge a book by it's cover. Let's remember. Rome is an old city and all buildings look decade.

The apartment is close to the train station and close to the Metro. The staff was very helpful. There is a laundromat close by where you can leave your clothes to be washed. Ee enjoyed our stay. The wifi is somewhat unreliable, but everything else was great and we would stay there again.

Sehr schönes, kleines Etablissement mit wenigen Zimmern. In der Nähe zum Hauptbahnhof Roma Termini gelegen (5 Minuten zu Fuß). Die meisten Sehenswürdigkeiten Roms erreicht man von der Unterkunft bequem fußläufig. Frühstück ist landestypisch und gut. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Great location. Right next to an A line subway stop and very easily walkable from Termini. Design of the space is fantastic. Check in was inexcusably messy and I note that other guests had similar complaints. It took me 30 minutes to even get an answer to the door while standing outside on the street in 95 degree heat. Not an auspicious start. Couldn’t find my reservation and because this is not a hotel—which is not clear on Expedia—but an unstaffed guest house, there was no one there to let me in. It is a converted apartment with private rooms and bathrooms which are very on trend, so it is also loud. Didn’t sleep past 7am any day as the kitchen was next to my bedroom. In retrospect it was all fine and I enjoyed my stay, but I think the listing needs to be more forthcoming. The housekeeper was the only staff person I saw-she was great. I texted with the host and he was mostly accommodating and helpful, but there is definitely a service gap here that needs correcting. I kept wondering how someone without a phone and service would have gotten in because no one was around to hear the door bell and the host only wanted to use Whataspp
