A great hotel in downtown Guadalajara, right next to a train line and very near old downtown. A modern hotel, clean and friendly. Wonderful to relax in after a day out walking.

Reserve por esta plataforma EXPEDIA y pague en el hotel Alcazar de Guadalajara Jalisco 2 noches a saber sabado 26 y salida el lunes 28 de abril y deje el hotel por problemas de salud el domingo 27 a las 8:00a.m. por lo cual pedi reembolso, El señor encargado en ese turno despues de constatar mi cara muy inchada me solicito un número de tarjeta de débito asegurandome recibirlo en 48 horas, ademas me dijo que no era necesario informar a la plataforma EXPEDIA porque mi pago fue en efectivo y al mismo hotel, tan solo llenar un formulario explicando mi situacion de salud y con eso era suficiente para que el departamento de finanzas del hotel me lo hiciera efectivo. Hoy jueves 1 de mayo al no ver reflejado tal deposito, llame y me dicen que tube que haber informado a la plataforma para que de ellos tambien recibir el reembolso y poder trasladarmelo...que ya nada se puede hacer. Me molesta el engaño y por eso denuncio indignado mi inconformidad y enojo, además preguntando, ¿realmente nada se puede hacer?. Quedo a sus ordenes.

La estancia muy bien, solo tuvimos el problema que en el restaurante solo estaba una persona atendiendo, estuvimos unos 20 minutos y no nos tomó la orden, al momento de comentarle, muy grosera y los de recepción no tomaron en cuenta nuestros comentarios.
