I always could talk to the staff through the WhatsApp and the staff was great. I have no issues with the staff. They were very friendly and accommodating and I really did appreciate the staff. The Internet was spotty. The surrounding area right next to it is a bit rough with dogs, constantly barking. The swimming pools on top of the building are not heated, which would have been nice to relax them, but it was too cold. Anyway, I’m not a big fan of the condo, but I am a fan of the staff. The staff was great.

I got no check-in info, the hotel msnagement has no physical or virtual helpdesk and when I called in the number given to hotels.com no one picked up. I waited for almost an hour with a lot of luggage on the road until a guy passing by us asked if we wanted to be let in the condo and turns out he was the manager. Later he took us to a completely different room that advertised and said that was all they had available. The room had dirty dishes in the kitchen, dirty bathroom and rusty furniture. We left immediately and they had the audacity to charge us. Got no help from hotels.com btw.

Great room with all the amenities and trendy decor. Free laundry on the first floor. Plenty of street parking. Friendly and responsive host. Great value for the money, would definitely stay here again. The only thing is that it’s an 11 minute walk to the beach, it’s not beach front.

El interior del apartamento esta muy bien pero realmente no es el tipo de alojamiento que aparenta en el anuncio. Esta a 5 minutos de avenidas principales pero hasta que llegas el barrio es complicado, es habitual que pueda haber gente hebria o que te diga cualquier cosa cuando anochece. En cuanto a la atencion, muy por debajo de lo esperado, Cuando llegamos no teniamos como entrar porque no habia recepcion y la persona no nos habia entregado el codigo de acceso y no cogia el telefono. Aunque llegamos mas tarde de la hora del check out la habitacion estaba sucia y aunque pudimos dejar las maletas tuvimos que esperar mas tiempo fuera antes de entrar. Para colmo hubo una caida de luz en algunos barrios de playa del carmen (cuando paso esto no les dijimos nada porque era algo general) pero al volver en el resto de zonas le contactamos y no nos contestaba a pesar de ver nuestros mensajes. Finalmente estuvimos mas de 12 horas sin luz. En definitiva, el interior del apartamento genial, pero lo externo es una loteria.

The location was very quiet and we felt very safe (with gated entry way), the staff was friendly and always willing to help. Our apartment was excellent for 3 people with the bedroom and sleeper sofa in the living room. We were glad to have had the kitchen with a fridge & coffee machine too. Excellent to walk to the beach or 5th avenue.

We loved the condo, it was just what we looked at the pictures, very big and decorated apartment. We made a last minute reservation and the apartment was available, it was easy to find once we got the address. We were close of many restaurants and the most important place, the beach. The staff was very friendly too, we hope to be back soon.

The host was very kind, he gave us many recommendations about what to do in Playa del Carmen and the information of what we had included on our stay was well explained. It wasn't our first time visiting Playa, but we will come back to this condo; all the facilities were awesome, including the laundry area, very essential if you spend few days on vacations, all perfect.

This was the ideal place for our vacations, all in a local ambiance, away from the noise of the nightlife. When we got to the property, fortunately, the apartment was ready and we were able to do early check in, it was awesome after a long flight. All the facilities were great and the apartment was very comfortable; we really loved the coffee machine in the kitchen, it is necessary for us to have a cup of coffee every morning.

Ocean Boutique Condos is located in the Zahil Ha area of PCD, about a 15-minute walk from the beach. The units are well-designed and comfortable, though the kitchen could use a few additional essentials like paper towels and kitchen towels, especially since it's a studio setup. There's a small plunge pool on the rooftop, which is a nice touch. While there's no elevator, the stairs are manageable. At the time of my stay, there was quite a bit of construction in the area, and occasionally some unpleasant odors. Overall, I enjoyed my stay. I did need to request an additional cleaning, so there's definitely room for improvement in that area. That said, it was a great value for the price!

Local place just out of the noisy parts, ideal if you want to relax and very close to the 5th avenue; the cleaning service was great, we appreciate it. Absolutely pristine apartment, the space is incredibly comfortable with large windows, all this for reasonable price.
