Had called location and asked about being pet friendly. They had said nothing about a charge. Got to the hotel took the dog upstairs to our room. Went down to registration clerk and asked her for a do not disturb sign to put on our door. Because our dog was going to be in the room while we were out. She then told us oh you have a dog they’ll be $75 charge. I then told her I was not informed of this prior to and she said well that’s the rules.

It was an awesome stay! It was a brand new hotel so that was a plus! Bed was very comfortable and ac was very cold! Room was very clean. Even though we didn’t use it, loved the kitchen! Would definitely stay here again!

Hotel is very new and there were a few glitches with the water. First couple of days were fine, then we lost all water to our room. They moved us when it was clear the water situation was not going to improve to the top floors. After a day in the new room on the lower floor, we had no hot water until our final night. I asked for a credit as we had booked a suite and when moved were only in a small non suite room. They were unable to accommodate as we had booked through Expedia and not directly with the hotel. The staff was great and I was sorry we had to keep telling them there were problems, but after our stay, we were glad to move on and get a hot full shower. Disappointed they couldn't discount our bill some with the change to a smaller room and the water issues.
