My vehicle was towed without warning, resulting in significant unexpected expenses including: $284 in towing fees Additional Uber transportation costs Potential vehicle damage from the towing process What makes this situation particularly frustrating is that it could have been entirely prevented with clear parking instructions or a simple warning system. While I understand the need to manage parking, immediately towing guests' vehicles without prior notice seems unnecessarily harsh and does not reflect the level of service one expects from a hospitality business. I would strongly recommend implementing a warning system, such as placing notification stickers on vehicles that are improperly parked. This would allow guests to correct their parking situation before facing such severe consequences. Such a policy would better serve both your business and your guests. Unfortunately, this experience has significantly impacted on my overall stay and makes it impossible for me to recommend your property to others.

Could have been good. Ended up being AWFUL.
The apartment itself was not bad but the pool area was under construction and the view was of that construction, the paint was peeling off the walls, and the light fixture in the kitchen was smashed and had exposed problem glass hanging down over the kitchen island. We also had some concerns about the cleanliness of the shower/bath but we just cleaned it ourselves and moved on. Communication was almost non existent and we were given the wrong door code, leaving us stuck outside with our luggage in 20 degree weather for over half an hour. Once my payment went through they started forwarding my calls for no reason, before we ever even got checked in. I had to call from a different number and got answered on the first ring and finally got the correct door code. The experience would not have been terrible if the property management company had made any effort to check in with us or rectify the situation or even fake being polite. This almost felt like a scam and 100% didn’t feel safe. I do not recommend staying at this property or any properties under this management.

I would highly recommend not to go here. Me and my family drove 15 hours to Charlotte and came to this property. This unit had many issues and after contacting the property for assistance I was not helped. The man was rude and kept hanging up on me. I asked for assistance many times especially being that I had a sick parent with me but was ignored. I asked for a refund and was denied. I didn’t stay at property due to the bad conditions and had to pay for a hotel last minute. DO NOT BOOK HERE! I have pics and previous text messages from property rep as proof.

Pro: The apartment decorating looks beautiful and warm. It's makes you feel like home. It was not far to explore the places in town. There’s lot of restaurants close by. The host was very easy to communicated with and very helpful. Con: The first night we got in the apartment, one of the bed sheets smelled like somebody sweat, one of them lamp ain’t working but it wasn’t a big deal. We’re figured one of the bedroom door it was too close to the desk whoever open the door would have hitting them between the door and the desk and seen like the paint come out. Walls is too thin you can hear anyone slamming their door at night. Other than that, it was a very beautiful hotel.
