Falta estacionamiento cerca de las habitaciones, pero nuestra estancia de 1 día estuvo muy bien... Lo único malo fue que había una boda cerca del lugar y parecía que la música estaba adentro del cuarto hasta pasadas las 4 de la mañana.

Mi primera impresion el lugar esta muy bonito con mucho potencial, desafortunadamente, mi cuarto no fue limpiado, tanto el bano como las sabanas de nuestra cama, a media noche nos dimos cuenta y llamamos y fuimos al lobby por sabanas limpias pero nadie nos atendio, no tubimos jabón o shampoo tampoco, Hojase que mejoren pronto ya que nos gustaría poder regresar otra vez.

Wont be back.

This hotel is in a great location. Its nice, quiet, and looks great. But unfortunately, in our 3 day stay, it had some misshaps. One of them being that there was no Wifi, even though its stated that there is in-room wifi. We had to spend over 40$ buying international data passes from our phone provider to get around. The other is that there were no Tvs. The receptionist told us about how they charge a deposit fee for a chromecast for a Tv that didnt even exist in the room. Lastly, the water ran out. We had to message them to let them know, and even then took more than 10 mins to get water to shower.

We recently stayed at room 14 and had dinner at I-Petra it has breathtaking views at sunset. The scenery was absolutely stunning, making it a perfect spot to relax and enjoy a meal. The food and drinks were nothing short of delicious – each dish had amazing flavor and was beautifully presented. The ambience really added to the overall vibe; it was the ideal mix of cozy and vibrant, creating a great atmosphere for a memorable time. We also loved the food and drinks! Highly recommend for anyone looking for great food and a beautiful setting!

Word of caution, the rooms are VERY small! The other thing is that we had cold water to shower. When I brought this up to the front desk, they said because we used all of the cold water, when that wasn't the case. We just checked in. When the Maintenance technician inspected the water levels, mentioned the boiler was burnt and moved us rooms. The restaurant was o.k. Nothing to brag about and it was expensive. The music was on until 1:00 a.m. There's better places in Valle.

EXPEDIA Dice que tiene spa, y wifi en las habitaciones, lo cual es totalmente una mentira,intente en varias ocasiones llamar al hotel y nunca contestaron,el servicio en #Restaurante muy bien, pero en Lonby pesimo. Es muy desagradable llegar y que no tengan los servicios que dice en la aplicacion de #Expedia que ofrecen. Decepcionado de la experiencia
