心のない接客

チェックイン時の説明がなさすぎ。朝食もWifiも、何もかもこちらから質問しなければ説明なし。ホスピタリティーがまったく感じられなくて残念。リピートはあり得ない。

Good location, good size

Chose to stay in Ikebukuro for once instead of the usual hotspots like Shinjuku and Shibuya. Great location right next to escalators leading to the train station, options to eat nearby and decent sized room with space to actually open our suitcases, unlike other shoebox sized hotels in Japan where we've struggled to do barely that. Also had an extra suitcase delivered via courier on our second day which they were more than happy to accept and advise us it had arrived when we came back to our hotel after a long day.

部屋の空調の温度設定が調整できない。トイレのウォシュレットが故障していて使えない。風呂にカビが生えていて、衛生的ではない。ホテルの駐車場も故障中で使えない。しかし、立地は最高です。

格安弾丸ツアー！

一泊だけの東京滞在で格安のホテルを探しこのホテルを予約しました。酒が入りチェックインは夜中になりましたが受付も丁寧に対応してもらいました。部屋も清潔でベットも大きめでゆっくり休めました。また東京に来たら泊まりたいホテルです。

立地良し

立地は駅（地下道を通れば雨にもほぼ濡れず）も歓楽街も近くて良い。　部屋も一般的なビジホより広かった。　築年数はけっこう経過しているのが各部の経年劣化で分かる。　洗面台からずーーーっとチョロチョロと水が流れる音がしていたのと、有料チャンネルのコンテンツ（ア〇ルト以外）がマイナーな作品ばかのだったのが残念…

お部屋の整備があまり良くないです。最初に案内されたお部屋の電気がつかず、別の部屋に案内して頂いたのですが、前の部屋同様ドアの鎖のところが錆びておりロックする際手が汚れました。貸し出しサービスは充実しているかもしれませんが、お部屋自体のコンディションは良いとは言い難いです。

唯一的優點就是地點不錯人員服務也很親切~其他設施老舊清潔不夠乾淨有異味，放在浴室的藥膏清潔打掃後還不見了。雖然不是貴重物品，但是這種犯錯誤真的很誇張。

悪くはない

トイレは古さが目立ったが、ベッドルームは改装したのか、比較的新しい感じがした。長所は、部屋が広くてゆったりできることと、池袋駅から近いこと。短所は、インターネットの遅さ。ケーブルを使っても画像のダウンロードに時間がかかるし、WiFiはすぐに切れた。朝食は、四種類の中から選べる。味は、可もなく不可もなくと言ったところ。
