Great location and facilities

The location is really close to the metro station which required 30 mins to the tourist area. Fit for travellers who like to live in residential area rather than tourist area. The apartment has all the facilities you need except a washing machine. There is a bus stop just next to the apartment building. But if you are living on the first floor, the bus arrival announcement is a bit disturbing.

L'établissement est très bien situé, que ce soit pour les transports, les commerces ou la restauration. L'appartement dispose du nécessaire pour des petits en-cas, sauf de tasses pour le thé La TV ne fonctionnait pas du tout, ce qui a été mentionné à l'hébergeur mais qui n'a donné que les codes d'accès alors qu'il n'y avait aucun moyen d'allumer le poste. Mais dans l'ensemble, le séjour n'a pas été désagréable; on y retournera à condition que la TV fonctionne pour éviter de garder l'ordinateur allumé pour la regarder

This was the worst experience I’ve ever had at a property. The shower didn’t work for the first 3 days of my stay, despite repeated requests to fix it. They made me send them a video to prove that it wasn’t working and then even suggested how I might attempt to fix it myself. It was finally fixed but not before the needless frustration. Never again, stay at your own peril.

Aucun accueil alors que ce n'est pas précisé, chambre très "vieillotte" en comparaison aux photos de chambre neuve et spacieuse sur le site, panne d'eau courante pendant plusieurs heures et personne ne répond au téléphone, etc. A éviter si vous souhaitez un bon souvenir de Paris, je ne comprends pas comment ce genre d'établissement puisse être sur hotel.com

The place had serious maintenance issues – water was leaking from the under sink, which damaged my luggage. The walls had visible mold, paint was peeling off, and even the windows were cracked. The staircase and furniture were filthy and moldy. It felt more like an abandoned building than a place for guests. What made it worse was being charged extra through a third-party system after I had already paid through Hotels.com. I was also charged for a baby cot that wasn’t even provided the first night. I called their customer service as soon as I arrived, and they told me it would be brought to me within the hour. It didn’t show up until the next afternoon – completely unacceptable when traveling with a baby. The lighting setup is bizarre – it’s controlled by a timer system, meaning you have to keep turning the lights back on every 5-10 minutes. It’s the same for the stairs, which are already extremely narrow and difficult to navigate with luggage. And to make things even more unsafe, there’s only one light switch per stair section, so expect to be walking in the dark until you find the next switch.

The hotel was extremely dirty, with mold on the windows, bathtub, and sink. There was a very unpleasant strange smell in the room that couldn’t be eliminated even by opening the windows every day. The hotel has four floors but no elevator, and the narrow, dark staircase forces you to carry heavy luggage up yourself. Even worse, the bathroom window had no curtains, so while you’re showering, people from the opposite room could see you through the window. In short, this was the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. Once you book, if you want to cancel, they won’t refund a single penny.

This property is terrible we was waiting out said till 2am in midnight we couldn’t get in to property because the didn’t send me PIN number i call them all that night no one is answering phone I knock the door no one is answering the door and second day the the tell me that we gonna refund money to you and the still haven’t refunded yet the keep finding excuses the telling me tomorrow I will keep chasing the till I get my money back if not I will report the or take it to the court

Terrible y nada recomendable, no son habitaciones insonorizadas, se fue la luz una noche, una tarde trabajadores con taladro en pasillos, la habitación 1 su cabezada es la puerta de acceso y cada entrada y salida las 24hrs es golpes de puerta y habla habla de la gente, en general no es recomendable
