Lovely hotel in a perfect location just off the Champs Élysée. The room was very well maintained, very clean, everything worked very well. Excellent WiFi. The staff were very helpful. I would definitely stay here again. Loved the morning breakfast delivery to our door.

We had a wonderful stay. Good size room, nice and clean. View from our room to Eiffel tower. That was a bonus. Recommend this hotel. Want to come back here. So nice. Thank you!

I asked in advance on storage of luggage and was told that there would be but my daughter reported that it seemed to just be access to paid storage that seemed a bit insecure.

The lift was broken and I was on the 6th floor they were fully booked and I couldn’t get refunded in time to get a new hotel
真實評價

2/10 欠佳

There’s no front desk and almost no support. The whole WhatsApp support thing is useless and they don’t understand your needs or issues and you have to spend hours back and forth to try to get the correct info and solution. I’m definitely in the future staying somewhere where there is reception and front desk support on site.

Property claims to have Air Conditioning, but it does not. Instead they give you an small fan.
真實評價

Location is definitively perfect, however having to type x5 the code to access the room is just an overkill (street, lobby, lift, floor and finally room)! There is no cleaning at all of the room during your stay.
