Le restaurant suffit à l’expérience.

Bonnes gaufres au petit déjeuner. Literie mauvaise, insonorisation catastrophique. Nous avons logé dans un cottage, le reste de cette partie du complexe accueillait un groupe de jeunes qui ont fait un bruit d’enfer jusqu’à 23h et dès 4h du matin. Les murs sont fins comme du papier et tout les lits tremblaient à chaque claquement de porte. La décoration du cottage n’est pas vraiment « Viking » et des efforts à moindre coût pourraient être envisagés. Enfin un lit superposé sans barrière et un lit sous pente ne peuvent pas vraiment être occupés paisiblement.

Loved this hotel, room was huge, all area's had so much character. Staff were so friendly and helpful, restaurant was entertaining and good. On slight downside was lack of choice at breakfast compared with previous hotels.

I would definitely stay again. We enjoyed the hot tub (small, but we had it to ourselves in the early evening). The beds were comfortable, and it was quite. I told them we would be leaving before breakfast, and they graciously packed us sandwiches to go, ready at the front desk. The restaurant/bar is decorated nicely, and they had live music. The restaurant was crowded when we arrived, but most folks left by 8:15pm.

Uriges Wikingerhotel, wir kommen wieder...

Sehr uriges Hotel im Wikingerstyle. Zimmer eher klein aber mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Das Frühstück war sehr gut und der kostenfreie Hot Pot sehr entspannend. Kostenfreier Parkplatz (in der Lage erwähnenswert) Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

The rooms are cozy small, one of the overbed lights didn't work so it made bedtime reading challenging. The bathtub was very tall and my husband is not handicapped, but due to his knee replacement did not feel comfortable climbing in and out of that bath. We enjoyed our dinner at the attached restaurant - best Fish and chips in Iceland!

Parfait pour un séjour d'une nuit avant de prendre l'avion. Le décor Viking est assez surprenant mais cela change des autres hôtels à la décoration très minimaliste. Le dîner au restaurant était bien, l'ambiance Oktober Fest bon enfant.

The staff at the hotel were incredibly nice and helpful! Parking was a bit difficult as they were remodeling and expanding, but I believe once they are complete, it may be easier. Breakfast at the hotel was good, and dinner at the affiliate restaurant was very good. We were expecting/hoping the Viking theme would be extended to the rooms, but it wasn't really as predominant as it was in the hotel and restaurant. The room we had was a bit small, but comfortable and clean.

The reception were very nice to us. The place is also within close reach of the bus going into town. They had a sauna which I would have dearly loved to try but I didn't know about it until too late. The decor is fun and they really try to stick to the theme. The bedroom was very small, and it was lucky we had a car to leave some of our things in. The main thing I didn't like was the breakfast. The offering was pretty minimal, not good quality, only cold food and almost everything contains gluten. If you are gluten free then bring your own to be on the safe side.

Not what I expected. Too expensive for what it is. Seems like you’re doing camping instead of staying at a hotel. Beds were super small and uncomfortable.

Un bon séjour. Accueil exceptionnel

La chambre est très petite. Les lits sont hyper confortable. Le petit déjeuner très bon, le restaurant excellent. L’accueil et disponibilité des hôte est excellent. Le seul bémol est le rideau de douche et 1 serviette supplémentaire aurait été un plus mais sinon un bon séjour

Godt hotel til en god pris

Jeg har boet på mange hoteller, men dette er et af de mere specielle, og det er positivt ment. Jeg kunne godt lide vikingetemaet på hotellet og i deres restaurant lige udenfor døren. Mit værelse var småt, men godt nok til to overnatninger. Der er gratis parkering tæt på hotellet, og der er kun omkring 10 kilometer til Reykjavik. Opholdet var en del af en længere tur, hvor jeg boede en del forskellige steder. Dette hotel var nok det bedste rent pris- og kvalitetsmæssigt på hele turen.
