Très mauvaise accueil à la réception

On a été déçu par l’accueil à notre arrivée plus d’une heure de retard pour nous donner notre chambre Une fois la chambre prête, je fais le tour de l’appartement. Je constate que la douche est remplie de moisissures sur les joints c’est vraiment très sale. J’en fais part à l’accueil, ils me disent de partir de l’hôtel si ça ne me convient pas la femme à l’accueil est vraiment très méprisante, je suis très déçu de cet accueil, les matelas des lits à ressort sont vraiment en très mauvais état.

So lala

Der Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel war so lala. Der Herr am Eingang der uns unschön empfangen hat ,er war sehr trocken von seiner Art her ,ob es am Kopftuch lag oder weil mein Mann ein Araber ist ? Wir haben uns nicht willkommen gefühlt,wurde auch mit keinem Wort erwähnt.Da habe ich weitaus bessere und freundlicher Hotels erlebt . Das Zimmer war geräumig aber das Gefrierfach war sehr schmutzig,sowie die Tagesdecke vom Doppelbett mit Flecken besät. Ich würde es nicht nochmal buchen . Das Frühstück war Abwechslungsreich .

Una gran decepcion

La temperatura no se puede bajar de 23C, el colchón más fino imposible, las cortinas cómidas por insectos - con agujeros que dejan pasar la luz, no hay plancha, el secador no funcionaba y creo que está a punto de explotar. A las 11:50pm te vendes unas copas después de cenar sin decirte que a las 12 cierra el bar, simplemente te apagan las luces y se van. Increíble que este hotel tenga más de una estrella.

Hotel moderno con carencias

RECEPCIÓN: Al llegar nos dijeron que no teníamos contratado el desayuno (nos extrañó), pero el 2º día fuimos a desayunar y al decir que nos lo apuntaran a la habitación, nos dijeron que lo teníamos incluido. Volvimos a recepción y nos dijeron que había sido un fallo de su sistema de esa noche, nos lo quitaron y nos dijeron que cualquier reclamación, hablásemos con la empresa con la que habíamos contratado PISCINA: Sólo había 9 tumbonas para todo el hotel TV: Se pierde continuamente la señal AIRE ACONDICIONADO: Es central por lo que no puedes regular la temperatura de tu habitación, en ocasiones pasa frio y otras calor

Amazing! Wish we were staying longer

We had an excellent stay at QGat and were sad it was only a brief stay on our way somewhere else. We were late checking in due to a delayed flight but the check in stayed open late for us and was incredibly friendly and welcoming. The rooms were clean and modern, with a comfy bed and pure darkness. We used the pool and gym the next day and the facilities were excellent. We had an excellent time and would highly recommend staying.

He ido con mis hijas porque tenían un concierto en el Palau Sant Jordi y la estancia en el hotel ha sido excelente, hemos estado dos noches. El personal del hotel ha sido de 10, todas las personas con las que hemos tratado han sido muy agradables y super atentas, facilitándonos la estancia en todo. El desayuno variado y de productos de calidad.
