Quiet, clean centrally located for our trip. Staff beyond excellent. We had an emergency siruation and the staff went above and beyond to assist and help us resolve the issue

Rommet var lite, men nok til en person med kun håndbaggasje. For to personer med normal baggasje ville det blitt alt for lite. Veldig sentralt plassert hotell. Hyggelig betjening. Rent rom, og vann og kaffe på rommet. Bor gjerne her igjen, på en tilsvarende reise.

I personally found it very difficult to sleep as I kept being woke up by banging, I wasn’t sure if it was from the floor above or housekeeping as the housekeeping linen/towel trolley was parked outside our room on both mornings of our stay.

Hotel is in a really good location and was clean. We booked 3 Queen rooms, out of the 3 I would say only one of them was a Queen as the other 2 were tiny in comparison. I did query it with reception and they assured me all were Queen but I’m still not convinced.

Room, with bed adjacent to window wall and being so high, it was always a scramble for this 85 year old to get on and off it. Also, the blind on the portal window was stuck half-way. Either I misheard, or reception did not pronounce price of breakfast very well, meaning I did not have it, which I would have at £13 odd.- I understood it to be £39!

Pros: location is perfect, very cheap for London.
Cons: the room smelt of old food and the pillows and duvet also had a weird smell. The pillows were stained under the pillow cases, which I saw because one fell out of the pillow case overnight. I get claustrophobic so booked a room with a window but was given a room with a fake window, just a pane of frosted glass which didn’t change colour whether it was night or day.
Otherwise the room had all the essentials. It was adequate for 1 person for 1 night but I wouldn’t recommend to couples or multi night stays. I arrived at 9:30pm and struggled to get in through the gate at that time, but thankfully someone was leaving and let me in. I’m glad I only slept in the room rather than spent any meaningful time there. It’s perfect if you just need somewhere to crash.

Very clean room with all you needed. Coffee bags, oat milk, proper hairdryer! Fantastic location, quiet, comfy. Staff great, reasonably priced drinks and offers. Staff very helpful and can leave bags all day.
