J’avais réservé une Queen Room avec fenêtre, mais à notre arrivée on nous attribuait une Queen Room sans fenêtre, ce qui ne correspondait absolument pas à la réservation. En plus de cela, un bruit constant de ventilation toute la nuit rendait le sommeil quasiment impossible. Ma copine étant claustrophobe, elle ne réussissait pas à dormir de la nuit, et la situation était très difficile à vivre, d’autant plus que ce séjour était prévu pour son anniversaire. Lorsque nous signalions le problème, il nous était indiqué qu’il n’y avait aucune autre chambre disponible. La seule réponse apportée par la réception à 2h du matin consistait à nous suggérer de changer d’hôtel, ce qui était totalement inadapté à cette heure-là. Il n’y avait aucune compréhension, aucune empathie, ni réelle solution apportée, alors que la chambre fournie ne correspondait pas à ce qui était réservé. Je payais 270 € pour une nuit, que je regrettais fortement. L’hôtel était clairement à éviter : mauvaise gestion, inconfort et service client décevant.

Room was clean and the staff were friendly and welcoming. The only downside was noise from the nightlife outside. Maybe if we'd been on a higher floor the distant thump of music wouldn't have been so bothersome. Don't get me wrong, it wasn't that loud at all, it was just one of those disturbing background noises your brain picks up when you're trying to sleep

God rengøring over alt, venligt personale - småt men godt. Genial placering i byen i gåafstand til det meste. På den anden side af gaden ligger der en undergrundsstation, som har direkte forbindelse til Heathrows lufthavn.

The room was sold as Queen Room with Queen bed, but was in fact basically a double bed and a bathroom with no floor space. Room was nice, but with bed against wall difficult to negotiate. Pleasant surprise the tv had all channels, incl Sky Sports and TNT Sport

Whilst the room is small, it was perfect for one night's stay. Great blackout blinds. Frosted glass walls to the bathroom, so some people may not like these but rest assured you cannot see through! I didnt make use of the hotel's facilities but it all looked very clean. Lifts are in demand and you may wait a while as they are small so not many can fit in with cases. Great customer service upon arrival. Went to drop my card on exit but they called me to a desk, not sure why! Overall, good night sleep and stay. Would stay there again if needed to be in the area.
