À fuir absolument ! Climatisation bloquée à 16 °C, impossible à éteindre — dormir avec trois couvertures au Panama, une aberration totale et sans aucune écoresponsabilité. Prises cassées, peinture décollée, draps troués : la chambre tombe en ruine. Et le pire : le responsable nous a menti en affirmant que le Parc Soberanía était fermé, simplement pour ne pas assurer la navette gratuite — la raison principale de notre séjour ici ! Résultat : séjour gâché, et nous sommes tombés malades à cause du froid dans la chambre. Un hôtel à éviter à tout prix. Quelle déception !

I did not like that the tour was not inclusive as listed,besides breakfast the only free activities was the butterfly exhibition and the golf cart rides. Every tour I had to pay for if you wanted to play golf you had to rent the golf clubs and golf balls. Food selections are limited the only enjoyable part was the drinks. I was charged for makeup on towels upon leaving. Transportation is not includedas well as transportation to and from the airport to the accommodations, and every location ( food, bars, activities) is far from the accommodations. This trip was listed as "all inclusive" but only the room, breakfast and golf cart rides are included. Would not recommend cash grab.

Beautiful property, not must to see, don’t expect courteous service unless you speak fluent Spanish. People don’t seem to like Norte Americanos very much. Food is bountiful but pretty bland. Best pineapple I’ve ever tasted.

The staff provided excellent service. The walking tour guide for the butterfly house, the sloth rescue, and the frog sanctuary was incredibly knowledgeable and had an engaging personality. On the way to the butterfly house, he showed us a sloth sleeping in a tree top. Carlos, the golf cart evening tour guide also was fantastic. This resort always is a fun and relaxing place to stay.

Very peaceful, quiet setting during the week. Mostly empty apart from a 30 person conference. Staff were mixed, none overly happy and welcoming, some outright hostile. Carlos the bellhop was super-friendly, however. Don’t bother asking to use the shuttle service: was denied three times despite being well within 20 km range. Breakfast Buffett was very decent. Julio at the omelette station was superb! Humidity is incredibly high next to this rainforest, so expect your room floor and walls to be soaked should you leave the balcony door open more than 5 minutes. The price point during weekdays was rather low so perhaps there is transition in the near future? Despite the build date stating 2009, from my experience this could easily pass for an 80s decor.

The resort caters to families and golfers, paying mild attention to wildlife enthusiasts, despite its location. The rooms are large with beautiful bathrooms and scenic views. Access to the restaurants is awkward and unintuitive. However, the food was good. Nature tours were unimpressive and short. The trails have amazing potential as the fauna is abundant. Signage could be vastly improved to avoid getting lost. Although, getting lost led to spectacular views. Due to the heavy early fog and high precipitation during the rainy season, walking surfaces can be slippery. I am still recovering 9 days later.

Good stay

Staff was great. The rooms were good but we had a strange set up inside the room, where the bathroom was on a weird position. They don’t provide wash cloths or towels to wipe your hands after washing. Beds were comfy and the breakfast was very good ! Also, they provide towels on request. A hairdryer and clothes hangers would be a nice add. Beautiful and peaceful property, just the minutes from the city center , has a lot of potential.

An excellent hotel if you want to be away from the busy city and malls. Clean , safe and amazing if you want to connect with nature. If you are coming Panama to shop I would not recommend staying here because it’s not close to the malls and the old city, it is out of the way . 10 mins away from the Panama Canal and hotel offers free shuttle to some places. Breakfast was great and staff was friendly and rooms were great , I would definitely recommend.
