Clean, comfortable, good breakfast
We were looking for a place to stay not far from Leavenworth but at a more affordable rate. This hotel worked out great. They had a lot of breakfast options! The pool is fairly small though, if you have kids that want to swim.

Solid option with large rooms-good family hotel.
Staff were wonderful. The rooms were good. Some stains on the couches, but other than that everything was in reasonable shape. Breakfast smelled delicious (but we didn’t go-the hotel was sold out and it was *packed*), and the pool and hot tub looked good too (again, so very very full). Rooms were very spacious. Fairly convenient parking, and well located overall.

Nice overnight stay
Hotel fit our overnight stay perfectly. Staff was super friendly. Beds were comfortable. Room was clean and spacious. The bathroom was spotless.

Best customer service and clean hotel in WA
Every staff member from the front desk, to the house keepers and everyone in between were not only professional, but very friendly and helpful. I have not experienced this level of customer service in years at hotels. The room was very clean and cozy. The entire hotel was clean and cutely decorated for christmas. The breakfast was great also. I will absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone traveling in that area.
