This hotel was all right. Good enough, not excellent. The staff were friendly, helpful, and efficient. The bed was a step up from the basic innerspring mattress, just not the thick comfy hotel bed I am used to. Breakfast was standard. Room and facility was very clean. The one thing that kept this hotel from being excellent? The terrible wi-fi. It was so, so slow, and at all times of day. Even the TV kept stuttering. What’s up with that? All the other hotels I stayed at during my trip (4 including Comfort Inn) had strong wi-fi. Even my cellular signal of 2-3 bars was faster than the wi-fi. If you’re counting on getting good wi-fi for all your business or leisure needs, somewhere else would be a better choice.
Comfort Inn Tucson, either your technology team or your tech budget, or both, aren’t serving you well.
