Convenient location: it is near the airport. Good service: free shuttle bus and packed breakfast when requested as I needed to leave the hotel at 5:00am. The room is large and clean. The hotel is over my expectation. It is highly recommended.

Propre, confortable. La piscine est très agréable et grande. Même architecte que les casernes militaire! Des barrières partout, énorme complexe.Pas assez de navettes depuis l'aéroport :Taxi ou Grab. Dommage, son seul avantage étant la proximité de l'aéroport, sans ce service le tarif est surcoté.

Great stay at Ibis Styles Sepand Klia. I only had a day there, but the room was nice and the breakfast variety was really nice as well. The shuttle is a great plus. For reference, if you want to go downtown, I paid 75MR for a grab and it took around an hour and ten minutes on a Sunday afternoon and then paid the same to come back from KLSS, but the street food and walk around downtown were definitely worth it. The only two issues I had for my stay were: One of the doors didn't shut to the exterior of the building, so it buzzed for quite awhile at about 6am. Finally, I got out of bed and shut the door. The only other thing to be aware of is the room takes awhile to cool down and the washroom is the last thing to cool off.

We were only here for one night and didn’t have high expectations but our room was surprisingly spacious and comfortable. The service in the lounge/bar was not good. A lot of staff but they had to refer to the manager as they knew nothing about what was on the menu etc. Some of our order was incorrect and the process was a little like being at Fawlty Towers! The staff definitely need further training but our stay was good despite our food experience

Great one night stay at Ibis Styles Sepang. Staff were friendly and couldn’t do enough for us. The bar/ restaurant was open til 12:30am luckily as we arrived after 9:00pm and needed dinner. The pool looks fantastic - didn’t have time for a swim unfortunately. Complementary breakfast and airport shuttle were a bonus.

De passage à la suite d’un atterrissage, le personnel était aux petits soins et la chambre était niquel. Partant tôt le matin, le personnel nous a préparer un petit déjeuner à emporter. Seul bémol, la climatisation ne soufflait que de l’air chaud.

Wir waren von dem Hotel wirklich begeistert, ganz tolle Örtlichkeit mit einem super schönen großzügigen Pool. Absolut leckeres Frühstücksbuffet und freundliche Mitarbeiter.. Es liegt direkt am Flughafen, der Flugzeugalarm hat nicht gestört und wenn es nicht so abseits wäre, könnte man hier direkt länger Urlaub machen.
