This is not a luxury hotel in Denver. The design is pretty awesome, but that is where the positives end.
The staff is beyond arrogant. We had 5 of us that wanted to go the rooftop bar for a drink at 430pm. We were made to wait at the hostess stand in the lobby for 15 minutes while they did something... not sure what. Finally, they said "okay, go up" and let us in the elevator to the 13th floor. We got up there, and the place was empty while the hostess in the lobby made it sound like it would take an act of Congress to get us in. It was so over the top with the hostesses making us feel like we were bothering them and that they were doing us a favor.
Secondly, when I got in my room I immediately called down to ask where I could get some ice. Was told they have to bring it to me. I was like great - please send it up as I want to get a bottle of champagne chilling before my fiance got there. 45 minutes later still no ice, nothing. I called down and they said "we will send some up"... 20 minutes later nothing. I went down and they said the young man was on his way - come on... over an hour to get ice.
No hand soap in the sink area at the vanity. No coffee creamer for the kettle and coffee. I could go on...
Head's up, the rooms are small if two people are staying in the room.
Overall - design hit the mark, but the lack of experience or care where hospitality is concerned was a huge miss.
