Overall we had a nice experience.
Though there was some hiccup on the arrival transportation from airport to hotel, the customer service representative (Jan) had prompt response to the incident and handled this very well, which was highly appreciated.
We were upgraded to a suite which was spacious, though some small renovations would be needed, e.g. the facet handle of the bathtub was broken, some leaks from the window when it rained heavily, the crib looked quite worn-out. But the overall quality of the facilities was satisfactory.
Breakfast was nice, but not many dining choices inside the hotel as we just had dinner there for the first night. So we had lunch/dinner at the restaurants just outside and opposite to the hotel most of the time.
The swimming pool at landside was quiet and suitable for us with a two-year-old.
The spa environment was luxurious and very comfortable, and we enjoyed a great deal with buy one get one free offer.
Our two-year-old daughter also enjoyed the kid's club with toys and slides, especially good for indoor activities when it rained.
