Mudança de chalé com menos camas que o reservado

Tive alguns problemas com a reserva do chalé, aluguei um chalé com 3 camas de casais e eles me colocaram em dois outros com apenas duas camas! Fui avisada que seria mudada de chalé com 2 semanas antes da viagem… fiz a reserva antecipada e alegaram que o quarto estava com problemas, mas quando chegamos lá ele estava funcionando e alugaram para outras pessoas…
