Great from start to finish. The staff are super friendly and helpful. I would note that this listing does say it includes airport transfer and it isn’t until you open up and scroll to the details that you see it’s a paid transfer. The pool facilities are great. The restaurant on site has quality food. It’s about a 20 min walk to the city centre.

We had the loveliest stay at the Hotel Florida - I don’t think the photos online do it justice. It’s a small, quiet hotel, which was perfect to relax in after a busy day exploring the Amalfi Coast. I would most defintely recommend to friends or stay again myself 👍

The staff were amazing, from service at the bar, to the restaurant, cleaning and all general needs including booking day trips. The hotel rooms were lovely and modern, there were great spaces to lounge by the pool, or in the courtyard including a fantastic bar and the food from the restaurant was better than any we had anywhere else in Sorrento! The Friday night pizza night was a great bonus! Our stay was a highlight of our 5 week European trip! We loved it so much, we will definitely be back!

Very nice and clean hotel! Helpful and friendly staff. We loved the bar and pool area. After a long day of walking it was nice to relax in the pool. It is a 20min walk to the Tasso Plaza which is the center of Sorrento but we didn’t mind the walk. We also liked that there was an option of an Italian breakfast or buffet.
