The hotel located near Fira and its around 6-8 mins walk from the Fira town. The hotel located in a quiet area in Fira. When we first arrive the hotel, the reception Tiana gave us full information about the Santorini and recommended us the tour and restaurant nearby. She is really friendly and answered all the questions we asked. Apart from the friendly welcome, the room is also clean and large enough comparing with the price. The breakfast isn't included but it's only 5 EUR per head. We had a wonderful stay and we highly recommend this hotel to the ones who would like to stay in Fira.

Our stay at Alizea was mostly good. The customer service and communication was great. Offering a free simple breakfast everyday and daily housekeeping. Also organising transfers to and from the port. Unfortunately the internet did not work in our room and we had minimal to no phone reception. Usually this wouldn’t be a big problem but we paid extra for the luxury suite as Santorini was meant to be the relaxation portion at the end of our month long trip and intended to spend time in our room entertaining ourselves, but we ended up having to leave the room to contact friends and family etc. I will say Alizea were aware of this and tried to help by getting the wifi from a neighbouring hotel but unfortunately still didn’t work in our room.

We loved staying in this beautiful accommodation, we had a beautiful suite and loved the space it gave us The breakfast was amazing and freshly delivered to the table. It has a lovely pool with sunbeds and tables and chairs The staff was going above and beyond to make our stay amazing !5min walk to the shopping area and the Caldera with amazing views. The area next to the Villas is a bit rough but looks like there is more buildings going up. Our stay here was amazing thanks to Margo and Giorgias. Customer service went above and beyond and would 10/10 stay here again to be around these lovely ladies. They were so helpful from arranging pick up transfers to tours, to making sure we were comfortable during our stay and being very communicative.

It was great! There are a flight of stairs to the upper rooms, so may be difficult. Room was lovely and staff very helpful. About 10-15 walk to town. Quiet at night. There’s no view in the room I stayed in, but that wasn’t a downside for me.

Great location, close to city center and bus stop to Oía. Georgia at the front desk was great. Communication with her via email or phone was fast day & night. Will stay again because of her friendless. Only draw back was sofa bed. A bit dated. But overall experience very pleasant.

Excellent place! Great location and great staff. The front desk lady was very helpful and nice. The hotel helped us on booking some activities with the other companies. They provided a helpful book guide for those who don’t have anything planned yet before hand. Breakfast was excellent plus we could get to choose what we wanted and change it if we wanted it too. I highly recommend this place.

Well located near the city center but not in the city center so that it is calm at night for a good sleep. Very kind and helpful staff nevertheless for check-in, check-out, recommendations, etc. Room was very well renovated and looked nice except of the bathroom which looked much older and the shower construction flooded the whole room. If the bathroom could be improved it would be a perfect stay, now it was a very good stay :)
